inkXchange aims to provide you with the very highest quality products and the best possible service at all times. Very occassionally we know that things might go wrong and we want to minimise the inconvenience this causes.
The following information should help you if you have received damaged or faulty goods from us, or if you have decided that you simply wish to cancel your order.
- Returning damaged or faulty goods
If you have received goods from us that you think are damaged or faulty please follow these steps:
- firstly, many printing problems are easily solved so first check your printer manufacturer's technical support pages for some hints and tips.
- If these do not resolve the problem please complete the Returns Request below.
- We will contact you within one working day to discuss your problem.
- If necessary we will despatch a brand new replacement cartridge. This will be free of charge provided you return the defective cartridge within 5 working days.
- No quibble cancellations
You have a no quibble right to cancel your order according our Terms and Conditions.
- Cancellation must be notified to us in writing within the cooling off period.
- The cooling off period starts as soon as the order is placed and 7 working days after receipt of the goods.
- You must take reasonable care of the goods during the cooling off period, must return the goods with your notice of cancellation and at your expense.
- The goods must be returned to us in a similar condition to which they were received, unopened and suitable for resale as new.
- We will refund all monies paid for the goods within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation and the goods.
